Camera unavailable
Allow camera access for Kouple in iOS Settings. End calls or other activities using the camera, return to Kouple and choose Reconnect. The shutter stays unavailable until fresh video arrives. If needed, close and reopen the app after resolving any unsaved photo.
Lost subject or unstable guidance
Choose a complete, well-lit subject that stands out from its background. Large walls, edges, cables, occlusion or crossing people may not track reliably. Direction prompts stop when the subject is lost. Turn angles are estimates; moving closer or farther is not a distance measurement.
Low storage and unsaved photos
After a low-storage alert, manage saved work and retry, or explicitly discard the pending photo. The unsaved photo is held only in memory for this run; do not exit before saving succeeds. Exporting to Photos also needs write permission and available storage.
What deletion removes
Deleting in Kouple removes that work’s original, edited image and index from the app. It does not remove copies in Photos, shared copies or backups. Switch between the original and edited version in photo details.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
Apple manages purchases. In versions offering in-app purchases, use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to buy. Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account subscriptions in iOS Settings. Apple receives and decides refund requests.

Include the steps, iPhone model, iOS version and app version. You may attach a screenshot with private information covered. Photos, passwords and verification codes are never required for support. The email link opens your mail app; you review and send the message yourself.
